Hmm i wonder how should we put an idea across to nicely reject someone?

I've always not been proficient in this area... Dislike the feeling of rejecting someone who is true my god.

BUT.... Nice is nice... But waking up early in the morning with another kinda sms lidat is a different issue. Not v welcoming yah? Thought its been said and done a lot of times, i wonder how to get the message across... -___-!
